1. Returns We offer returns on products within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at returns@canaanshop.de, and provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label, and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping and handling fees. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to process.

2. Refunds We offer refunds on products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team via email at refunds@canaanashop.de, and provide your order number and a photo of the defective or damaged product. We will provide you with a return label, and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
